In the field of communications, a real estate newsletter was developed and a local property database connected to various real estate portals.

Many real estate companies use standard software products with which they however cannot reflect all the economic processes. For this customer, we specifically implemented a solution for the field of portfolio management which covered various aspects in modular form and was based on Oracle. Thus, solutions for current market price appraisel, the calculation of maintenance status, for contract management and central master data management were created, among others.
