Hosting and technical infrastructure

This website is hosted and provided via the service Framer (Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, Netherlands). When this website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically collects connection data and stores it in so-called server log files. These include:

  • IP address of the requesting device (anonymized)

  • Date and time of access

  • Name and URL of the retrieved file

  • Used browser and operating system

  • Referrer URL (previously visited page)

Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website). Log file data is not shared with third parties. The data are automatically deleted after no more than 30 days.

Website analysis

This website uses Framer's built-in analytics function (Framer Analytics). This is a cookie-free analytics method that does not set cookies and does not process personal data in the sense of individual user identification.

No cookie banner required: Framer Analytics works entirely without cookies and without storing individual user data. Only aggregated, anonymized statistics are collected (e.g. page views, dwell time, geographic region at country level, device category).

What is being collected?

Only anonymized usage data is collected, with no possibility of tracing it back to individual persons:

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in improving the website offering). Since no personal data are processed, consent is not required.

Contact and forms

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, the data you provide (name, email address, message, and, if applicable, subject) will be processed and stored for the purpose of handling your inquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract initiation) as well as Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). The data will not be passed on to third parties and will be deleted after processing has been completed, provided that no statutory retention obligations prevent this.

Webinar registrations

When registering for our webinars, we collect your name and email address to manage the registration and to send access and reminder information. The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. After the webinar, the data will be deleted at your request or after the retention period has expired.

Form submissions are technically processed via Framer's form feature and forwarded to the email address info@datenwerk-it.de.

LinkedIn and external links

Our website contains a link to our LinkedIn company profile. Clicking this link will redirect you to the LinkedIn platform (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland). The privacy policy of LinkedIn applies to data processing there: linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy

No LinkedIn plugins, tracking pixels, or social media embeds are used on this website. Data is exchanged with LinkedIn only when you actively click the link.
